Let’s get the interesting story regarding the song directly from the maker of the film Mudassar Aziz, he says, “When I finished penning the title track, I thought of Sukhwinder lending his voice to it as the Sukhwinder - Shahrukh combination has always worked. But when I discussed it with music director Lalit, we mutually agreed to try a new combination and use a different voice. The only name that came in our mind was Daler Mehndi ji, who had never before sung for Shahrukh Khan. The final output of the song was fabulous as it is visible.”
