RDB This famous Punjabi music group from the UK that was formed formally in 2000 has come a long way in becoming one of the leading Punjabi musicians, singers and entertainers in Bollywood today. RDB, which stands for Rhythm Dhol Bass, was formed by three UK-born Sikh brothers Kuly, Manj and Surj to create a new genre of music.
Today, these multi-talented brothers have established themselves worldwide, by creating a fusion of desi and urban music. RDB has worked and performed with many top artists from all different genres, but their biggest breakthrough in Bollywood was when they teamed up with actor Akshay Kumar and produced their first Bollywood song ‘Rafta Rafta’ (Namaste London) sung by Himesh Reshammiya. Their current hit number is ‘Paisa’ from the Akshay-Katrina starrer De Dana Dan.

I was happy as I was getting a chance to work with Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. It’s because of them that I’m here today and I’m really thankful to them for that.”
