Bollywood celebrities took to social netwroking site to express their emotions. Check out what the celeb Twitteratis have said:
Riteish Deshmukh: Kasab hanging - congratulations Government of India - for doing it so effectively. For once the government broke the news and not the news channels.
Ken Ghosh: Kasab is now facing the highest of all courts! Sentences meted out here are for all eternity.
Rohit Roy: Strangely, the grief n outrage I felt on 26/11/2008 has not lessened by the hanging of kasab.. Congratulating the government for executing Kasab is like congratulating China for eating noodles.” I agree!!
Vishal Dadlani: Kasab was just an errand-boy with a gun. India is thrilled with his death, but the real culprits must be laughing at our sheer gullibility!
Mahesh Bhatt: A life for so many lives! You kill and violate the sanctity of life then your life should be taken & in the same manner as the life you took.
Granting clemency to terrorists would produce a loss of public faith in the justice system, which is a pillar of any democratic society.
Celina Jaitley: Entire Nation rejoices Kasab’s hanging. Law of the Land Prevailed. I am going to watch some desh bhakti movie to celebrate #Kasab's death... We maintained secrecy over Kasab's hanging decision: Maharashtra CM. Ajmal Amir Kasab hanged at Pune's Yerawada Jail this morning, confirms Home Ministry: The LeT terrorist.
Kunal Kohli: Kasab has been hanged! Finally. God forbid there's a next time, we need to hang/execute such terrorists faster.
Randeep Hooda: Kasab hanged at 730 am at Yerwada jail.. About time.. Jai Hind!!!!
Ashish Chowdhry: I will NOT teach my children to rejoice anyone's death; be it Kasab. They will learn to be non-vindictive, on-fanatical and will love all. I'm not saying that I defend the consequence he faced. I just feel that rejoicing, or feeling completion doesn't make sense. There's more to it.
