Artist Space:

This section provides artists and bands with a platform to showcase their musical talents as well as to interact with fans i.e. users on the site. All the content posted by the artist in this section is owned by the Artist, or PlanetRadioCity.com in lieu of the artist. Any infringement or use of the artist’s content in a way that has not been stated in the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will be treated with utmost severity. Similarly, Artists are refrained from uploading text, images, video or audio related to, or having anything to do with, content copyrighted to BIG Music, Yashraj and T-Series music labels. Despite aforesaid, if Artists act in contravention of the above, Artists shall do so at their own risks as to costs and consequences. Further, Artist shall indemnify and keep MBPL indemnified, against any harm, losses or damages that may be incurred or suffered by MBPL on account of breaches of the above, committed by the Artists.

Friends of Music:

Friends of Music is the social networking section of PlanetRadioCity.com where users are provided tools and applications to interact online with other users through music. Users can also enjoy features such as building profiles, creating blogs, uploading photos, posting private and public messages and more. Users should not in any way misuse these applications and features for any purpose other than for which they have been created. Users are refrained from uploading text, images, video or audio related to, or having anything to do with, content copyrighted to BIG Music, Yashraj and T-Series music labels. Despite aforesaid, if Users act in contravention of the above, Users shall do so at their own risks as to costs and consequences. Further, Users shall indemnify and keep MBPL indemnified, against any harm, losses or damages that may be incurred or suffered by MBPL on account of breaches of the above, committed by the Users. In addition, though the site offers multiple opportunities to interact online, users are not encouraged to meet offline and if they choose to do so, it is of their own accord and PlanetRadioCity.com cannot be held responsible for any consequences that may occur as a direct result of said meeting.

Lyricsfinder:

Users are provided with Lyrics and a karaoke application, which they may choose to use to record their own rendition of said track. While users are given the freedom to record any tracks for which the lyrics are available on the site and add it to their radio station or forward it to their friends, they cannot export the recorded track off the site to another computer, recording device or another site. In addition, Users are refrained from recording audio/karaoke of content copyrighted to BIG Music, Yashraj and T-Series music labels. Despite aforesaid, if Users act in contravention of the above, Users shall do so at their own risks as to costs and consequences. Further, Users shall indemnify and keep MBPL indemnified, against any harm, losses or damages that may be incurred or suffered by MBPL on account of breaches of the above, committed by the Users.

This is an online encyclopedia of music that PlanetRadioCity.com will continue to add to with the passing of time. Users are free to read, forward or contribute to music articles featured in this section. However, they cannot copy said articles to another medium (print, audio) or to another site. Nor can they copy articles from another medium (print, audio) or website and post in on the PlanetRadioCity.com website.

Music Reporter:

This section features music news, daily updates and more on the music industry. Users are encouraged to blog and comment on the same. This section also features columns by personalities contracted by PlanetRadioCity.com. However, it is important to note that though the content featured in this section has been approved and uploaded by PlanetRadioCity.com, it does not necessarily reflect the opinion of MBPL and thereby PlanetRadioCity.com on said subject. The same holds true for user comments. Though MBPL and PlanetRadioCity.com will do its utmost to moderate and manage user comments, it is critical that users report any obscene, defamatory or otherwise unacceptable content to administrator@myradiocity.com. In addition, a PlanetRadioCity.com.com Top 10 countdown is also provided in this section where users can create their own Top 10 by rating the tracks listed. PlanetRadioCity.com.com provides registered users and site visitors with the opportunity to listen to Radio City 91.1 content, prepackaged audio content as well as to create their own playlists (known as Radio Stations) with the content provided. Users can also record their own voices and use the said recordings as soundbytes on the Stations (known as ‘Be Your Own RJ’). The said tracks belong to the user and to PlanetRadioCity.com in lieu of the user and cannot be utilized by another user. Users shall not use audio/karaoke of content copyrighted to BIG Music, Yashraj and T-Series music labels in their radio stations. Despite aforesaid, if Users act in contravention of the above, Users shall do so at their own risks as to costs and consequences. Further, Users shall indemnify and keep MBPL indemnified, against any harm, losses or damages that may be incurred or suffered by MBPL on account of breaches of the above, committed by the Users.
